For any of you have children, you know that getting their haircut can be stressful. But does it have to be? For the last twenty years, Snip-It’s has been creating a kid-friendly environment for cutting hair.
Jen Formanek, Snip-Its Head of Marketing, oversees all marketing for the franchise. She develops both national and local plans to ensure success. Her strategy is all about consistency. “We created special programs to help our franchisees not only figure out what to say and how to say it.” Being a franchise can introduce a little bit of difficulty ensuring that all messaging in the same across all platforms.
To keep things consistent, she uses all of the tools at her disposal. Formanek turns to webinars to coach all her franchisees. “We do constant webinars where we walk through specific examples’ says Jen. “We share best practices between our franchisees and our salon managers.”
